Extenteam is seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Remote HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of human resources functions; the candidate will foster a high-performance culture, ensure strong employee relations, drive engagement initiatives, and support HR operations.

The HR Partner is responsible for the overall support and management of the organization’s employee relations, performance management, and workplace communication practices and protocols. This role cultivates an equitable, feedback-driven workplace culture, maintaining compliance in a unionized environment, and using data to improve organizational performance.The role reports directly to the Associate Director of People Operations.

The Advice and Counsel Center Partner (ACC/ER Partner) serves as a partner and consultant to the organization providing guidance, training and education, collaboration, and support through a variety of Employee and Labor Relation issues; this role manages the investigatory process and supports OHSU’s policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations throughout these processes, while ensuring documentation is maintained.

You’ll join our People and Culture team as a People Partner, supporting business leaders to drive performance, growth, and retention. You’ll proactively address people topics while contributing to scalable processes and a positive organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, you’ll lead change initiatives, build strong relationships, and make independent decisions on behalf of the P&C team.
